Native to Northumberland County with over 20 years of real estate sales experience, Wade knows the counties in the Northern Neck. As a realtor, he is a keen listener to his customers’ concerns and interests. Having been the top producer at another firm, Wade brings depth and breadth of experience to Connemara & Company.

As a former waterman, he has clocked thousands of hours with sunrises and sunsets on the Chesapeake Bay and its rivers. His love for the Northern Neck radiates and has proven to be an essential asset in effectively marketing properties.

David Davenport

David is a native of the Northern Neck. He spent his first 25 years growing up in Northumberland County, got married, and moved to Richmond county where he has lived for 27 years with his wife and daughter. David has been researching real estate titles for 20 years and owned his own business for 15 of those 20. Needless to say, he has a vast knowledge of the title side of real estate.

His love for sports, especially softball, led David to play and coach his daughter. Years of little league and major travel ball organizations have allowed him to travel across the country, as far as California.

Terry Beatley

Terry spent her childhood traveling to the Northern Neck from Northern Virginia every spring, summer and fall weekend to sail on the Rappahannock River with her family. A few years after college, she returned to Lancaster knowing this is where she would raise her family. 

She has established a network as a national speaker over the last ten years and her communication skills have put her in front of audiences ranging from small groups to 60,000 people. Terry brings past experience as a realtor, excellent communication skills, and a full appreciation for the culture and lifestyle found in this area of Virginia.

In fact, when David's houses go onto the secondary market, local agents often describe them as: “It’s a Connemara Home.” Working closely with agents, clients, and their architects, David makes riverfront home dreams come true.

Partner with David Jones on a commercial construction and development company, Kenny is committed to excellence in ensuring client satisfaction and quality workmanship. A native of the Northern Neck, Kenny values this rural way of life and spending three seasons every year on the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries.

Married to real estate agent, Terry Beatley, he, too, values the lifestyle found only in the the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula.
